We, at Park Place Baptist Church, strive to be living examples of Christ and His Word. We believe that all work must begin with Christian love as its foundation.

The Church has carried the banners of judgment and condemnation for far too long. While living a righteous and separated life should be the goal of every Christian, encouragement and love are often better catalysts than exclusion and apathy. We sincerely hope that in all things Christ and his Word will be lifted up. The belief that men should be placed above the Scriptures has no place at this fellowship.

From birth till death, we believe each Christian has a God-given role to play in the salvation of a lost and dying world. With this in mind, every member of our church is asked to participate in one or our ministries. It is our conviction that God uses one of the following five mediums to reach each person with the gospel:

1)    Individual believer
2)    Media
3)    Christian education
4)    Global missions
5)    Local Church

As a result, it is our priority to find a way to be actively involved in one of these vehicles to bring our world to repentance and God's forgiveness.

Currently, we are in the process of relocating to a new and larger facility on Old Buncombe Road in Berea. Our long term goal is to have an affordable Christian school which will help meet our community's growing educational needs.
